Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, hereinafter refers to as IGRUA, is pleased to invite sealed tender from vendors for supply of following Aircraft spare parts. You are requested to submit your quotation in accordance with mentioned terms & conditions in a sealed envelope addressed to below mentioned official:-

Overhaul Condition

 

ü Please submit quotation also for New Cond. under exchange of item at S/N-2 and Overhaul Cond. under exchange of item at S/N-3.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1.       The cost quoted should be CIF- IGRUA, Fursatganj (inclusive of CHA, insurance & freight etc.)

2.       Specify the applicable warranty of the components.

3.       No currency fluctuation will be catered for, if order is placed within the validity period of the quotation.

4.       Supply lead time should be 30 days excluding time in transit from the date of order.

5.       Penalty of 0.25% of the basic order value will be levied every day beyond expiry lead time period.

6.       Sale Tax /Service Tax, if any, may be indicated separately. Tax exemption certificate form D or Form 3D will not be issued.

7.       Your quote must be valid for 45 days for our acceptance from the closing date of tender.

8.       Either the Indian agent on behalf of foreign principal or the foreign principal directly could bid in a tender but not both.

9.       IGRUA is not responsible for the quotation lost in transit or not received in time including postal delay.

10.    IGRUA reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items.

11.    Tenders received late/incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

12.    Following documents must be submitted in respect of parts supplied by Indian or foreign agency: -

a.       Authorized Release Certificate: FAA 8130-3 or equivalent.

b.       Invoice, packing sheet, dispatch documents specifying details of transport and Airway Bill etc.

13.    The last receipt date of your sealed quotation is 20th Jan. 2012 by 14:30 hours through Courier/Postal Services or by company’s representative and the same will be opened at 15:30 Hrs. on the same day. In the event of closer of our office for any reason the tender will be opened on next working day at the same time.

14.    Sealed/closed envelope must be super scribed with remarks:-
